These exhibitions will focus on the following modalities of art and technology: Sound Environments\/Installations, Artist\/AI Collaborations, and Virtual\/Augmented\/Mixed Reality Environments. This open call allows for submissions to either the festival, the exhibitions, or both.<\/p>\n<p>Every summer since 2010, CURRENTS New Media presents one of the leading art and technology festivals in the United States. Based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, CURRENTS brings together diverse, boundary-pushing works of established and emerging new media artists from the USA and around the world.  <\/p>\n<p>Submission Deadline: November 4, 2024<br \/>\nFestival Dates: June 13 \u2013 22, 2025<br \/>\nExhibitions Dates: TBD<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s submission categories include:<\/p>\n<p>    Installations (interactive and non-interactive)<br \/>\n    Sound Environments\/Installations<br \/>\n    Virtual\/Augmented\/Mixed Reality Environments<br \/>\n    Artist\/AI Collaborations<br \/>\n    Robotics\/Kinetic\/Electro-Mechanical Objects and Installations<br \/>\n    Multimedia Performance<br \/>\n    Digitally Generated or Fabricated Objects<br \/>\n    Wearables<br \/>\n    Outdoor Installations and Projections<br \/>\n    Experimental Single Channel Video\/Experimental Documentaries\/Animation<\/p>\n<p>5. entry fee  $25\/single, $20 each\/multiple<br \/>\n6.
