Applicants must therefore apply as a duo or collective, or propose a collaborative project with a partner of their choice or with a collaborator local to the host institution.<br \/>\nEligibility<\/p>\n<p>Applicants must be EU residents or taxpayers in an EU member state, or residents\/taxpayers of one of the eligible non-EU countries.<\/p>\n<p>Undergraduate and Master\u2019s students are not eligible.
