Text on the theme: The First Time
\nDo you remember…<\/p>\n
… the first word that you ever uttered?
\n… your first birthday present?
\n… the first image of an unforgettable dream?
\n… the first time you were moved by love and kindness?
\n… your first bold decision that changed the rest of your life?
\n… the first time you were on the verge of losing faith?
\n… and your first beautiful surprise?<\/p>\n
From zero to the first experience, that is a state of change from nothing to something, from unknown to known, from stillness to movement. The crucial action for a new experience is having the courage to make the first step forward, leaving the old comfort zone behind, and stepping into a new, unknown reality. When facing a new challenge, do you choose fight or flight? Do you take on the new experience and learn it wholeheartedly, or do you try to escape in cowardice? What do you fear, and why?<\/p>\n
As we lift our feet and make the first step, a new realm appears before our eyes. >From the first step, we crawl, then walk, then run, then dance and spin, and then fly… The first step is innocent, courageous, imaginative and full of energy. It leads to endless possibilities. Like the flow and rhythm of our breath, every breath is new, every moment is new. The first time is birth, and the first time is rebirth.<\/p>\n
Let’s remember, celebrate, and perhaps create, our “first time”, now!<\/p>\n
