CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
\nThe registration for the event is free. It is open to all.
\nThe works presented must demonstrate an original innovative writing in which artistic research is predominant about the technical means used.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

– Only the musical videos and the video clips will be accepted.
\n– The length should not exceed 10 minutes.
\n– It is possible to submit several works for selection. There is no restriction for the year of production.<\/p>\n

The director who presents a video at the event claims to be the owner of the broadcasting, reproduction and distribution rights of the film. In no case Heure Exquise! could be held responsible for any breaches related to copyright.<\/p>\n

Heure Exquise! recalls that the use of existing or not musical works in a clip requires permission of copyright holders.<\/p>\n

All formats can be sent provided that they are of sufficient quality to be projected on a large screen (e.g theater screen).
\nThe corrupted files will not be considered<\/p>\n

SENDING OF THE WORKS<\/p>\n

– By PostMail :
\nThe registration form must be completed for each submitted video. The latter is available for download.
\nOnly data dvd’s or files on USB keys are accepted. Video dvd’s and Blu Ray’s are not accepted.
\nAll videos along with their registration form should be sent to:<\/p>\n

\nwith the designation “no commercial value” for customs<\/p>\n

– By Internet :
\nThe registration form must be completed for each submitted video and send by email to musicvideoart@exquise.org<\/a>. The latter is available for download.
\nIt is possible to send files to an ftp server, please ask for the codes if necessary when you send the registration form.<\/p>\n

The deadline for the receipt of the films is October 31st 2014<\/p>\n

The Dvd’s and usb keys will be returned to their owners within a period of one month after the event.<\/p>\n

SELECTION AND BROADCASTING<\/p>\n

The selection committee is composed of all the organizers of the event. The results of the selection will be communicated by email.<\/p>\n

All accepted videos will be projected in the auditorium of the Palais des Beaux Arts in Lille (France), on Tuesday, 2nd December 2014 and in several places in Lille.<\/p>\n

Extracts of selected works could be used as part of promotional purposes for the event, in any form of media: program, invitation, press, trailer, files published on Heure Exquise!’s website …<\/p>\n

Heure Exquise! reserves the right to publish on the platform ARTE Creative, a choice of videos among those selected for the event.<\/p>\n

The registration for MUSICVIDEOART implies unreserved acceptance of the terms of this regulation.
