{"id":6394,"date":"2015-04-12T11:56:06","date_gmt":"2015-04-12T09:56:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nmartproject.net\/netex\/?p=6394"},"modified":"2015-04-13T08:49:46","modified_gmt":"2015-04-13T06:49:46","slug":"call-7","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/netex.nmartproject.net\/?p=6394","title":{"rendered":"call: Lumen Prize &#8211; Digital Art"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Call for entries<br \/>\n<strong>Deadline. 8 June 2015<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lumen Prize &#8211; Digital Art &#8211; Call For Entries<\/p>\n<p>The Lumen Prize Exhibition, the global award and tour for digitally created art, is delighted to announce that it is opening its fourth call for entries on 9th March 2015.<br \/>\nThis year, there will be a US$10,000 prize fund as well as a global tour to Asia, Europe and the US.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a8<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>There are eight prizes to be won:<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a8<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 $3000 for Lumen Prize Gold<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 $2000 for Lumen Prize Silver<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 $1000 for Lumen Prize Bronze<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 $1000 for the Lumen Creative Coding Award recognising excellence in art that is originally coded by the artist.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 $1000 for the Lumen Immersive Environments Award recognising excellence in the creation of an environment for the viewer to enter either virtually or physically.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 $1000 for the Lumen Performance Award, in partnership with the Welsh National Opera, recognising excellence in work which incorporates sound and movement. The winner will receive a free mentoring session with the WNO.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 $750 for the Lumen Creative Still Award, recognising excellence in a still image.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 $250 for the Lumen Prize People&#8217;s Choice Award &#8211; chosen by a public vote from the top 100 Works selected from the 2015 Lumen Online Gallery.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a8<br \/>\nThe Lumen Jury Panel will also select 25 works, including the 7 prize winners, to be part of a global exhibition tour that will visit Europe, US and Asia.<br \/>\n1 entry fee costs US$45 and allows the submission of 2 works.
