The festival runs 25th-28th November 2015 in Acireale (Italy). Here\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s the link to the entry form to submit your short films for pre-selection: <\/p>\n<p>Entry Form &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.magmafestival.org\/eng\/entry-form.php\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.magmafestival.org\/eng\/entry-form.php<\/a><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The final deadline for submitting short films is May 15th 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Magma \u00e2\u20ac\u201c mostra di cinema breve has so far examined 6.000 short films coming from 79 countries of the world, reaching a total attendance of about 14.000 spectators and standing out as one of the best short film festivals in Italy.<\/p>\n<p>In contrast to bigger Italian film festivals, Magma has always focused exclusively on the short film, considering it as a separate art form, as a format allowing the experimentation of new styles and the creation of new trends, the presentation of works from both first-time amateurs and established filmmakers.<\/p>\n<p>The festival offers a chance of visibility for high-value works that are often precluded from the main distribution channels.
