A competition of short films and new territories &#8211; an manifestation that will take double place:<br \/>\nin Bagno di Romagna (Forl\u00c3\u00acCesena) Emilia Romagna 03.04.05 july 2015<br \/>\nand<br \/>\nin Dolceacqua (Imperia) Liguria  24.25.26 july 2015<br \/>\nThe  project that is in progress proposes promoting, informing, spreading and educating the cinematographic image by creating a window  to exchange and compare the creative and productive differences of audio\u00e2\u20ac\u201cvisual languages.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 2 Only works produced from the 1st of  January 2013 are admitted. The competition is international and there are no restrictions as to nationality, age or profession. (every author can send more works) .<br \/>\nArt. 3 The short film competition is divided in 2 competitive sections:<br \/>\n1)   sci-fi: reserved for short films the theme: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153science fiction\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<br \/>\n2)   anime: reserved for animated works<\/p>\n<p>Art. 3a  For new territories, not competitive section, you can send concerning works: horror, fantasy, back stage, the making off, telefilm, documentary, docufiction, etc. For larger  visibility the works will be project, in possibility of programmation of the festival day, if in the case the works are high number they will go into the circuit: CyBorg Off (projecton in  public whit possible meetings whit autors in the period following the festival), the modality to send and use the works are the same as of the competition excepted art. 3 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 8 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 9 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 10.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 4 Each author must assume responsibility for the information given and the contents of the works presented, as well as the circulation of non-original music protected by copyright and  original music and\/or images. In any case the signatory deresponsability the organization from every responsibility for the content of the work projected in public.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 5 The works must be accompanied by the registration form and a copy of this regulation form signed for acceptance (write block letters). The registration, for most clairing must arrive also by dvd\/cd enclosed or by e-mail: info@cyborgproduzioni.org , whit any photos of scenes (at least 2).<br \/>\nInternational works is preferible  in the Italian language or sub-titled in the Italian language.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 6 The works must arrive in doble copy DVD format by priority mail  or registered letter AR  to the following address:<br \/>\nCyBorg Produzioni<br \/>\nc\/o Luisella Chiribini<br \/>\nVia Ponte dei Sospiri, 10<br \/>\n52031 Anghiari (ar) Italia<br \/>\nnot later than the 03rd may 2015 -deadline- (valid to postmark). Mailing costs (customs) and the cost of  making the short film are at the expense of the participants.<\/p>\n<p>Art.7 Works sent will not be returned.  The works can be used by the management of .CyB.FF even after the manifestation, for non-profit cultural purposes and initiatives only. The works can be included free of charge (for 20% of the work\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s length) in news programs, television features, audiovisual collections.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 8 The prizes will be awarded to 1\u00c2\u00b0 classified of every competitive section. The prizes will be defined and published with the presentation of the program.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 9 The following tasks are assigned to the qualified jury, that will be appointed by the Management of .CyB.FF:<br \/>\n&#8211; selecting works and indicating the winners of the prizes to be awarded  in the programming.<br \/>\n&#8211; recommending the works considered particularly worthy.<br \/>\nThe jury\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s opinion is unquestionable and cannot be appealed.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 10 The Management of .CyB.FF reserves the right to conduct a pre-selection of the works that arrive, opinion is unquestionable, and to make a final decision  in identifying the works to be submitted to the Jury\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s examination.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 11 The Management of .CyB.FF, although undertaking to adopt all forms of precaution, doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t assume the responsibility of any theft, loss or damage of the works used.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 12 Participation in the festival means total acceptance of the present regulations. For organizational reasons, the entrance to the screenings may be to payment. The Management reserves the right to suspend or change the manifestation if they deem it necessary, \u00e2\u20ac\u00a8in that the management of .CyB.FF. decides anything not specifically stated in the
