\nDeadline: 30 August 2015<\/strong><\/p>\n

8th Crosstalk Video Art Festival<\/strong><\/p>\n

Media & video works or projects that are into analyzing tendencies in audio- visual production from all over the world are invited to be submitted for Issue 8th of Crosstalk Video Art Festival Budapest.
\nCrosstalk Video Art Festival was founded in 2008 and since then has continued to develop awareness of the diversity and uniqueness of video as an art form.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

APPLICATION CRITERIA
\nThere is no criteria as to the subject\/theme of the works.
\nArtists of any age and nationality are eligible to submit works up to 3 pieces.<\/p>\n

Submitted video art pieces must
\n– have been completed after 1 January 2012
\n– be single channel works \/ projects that collects single-channel works
\n– not exceed the duration of 15 minutes
\n– be copyright controlled by the artist
\nAll submissions are to include:<\/p>\n

1 – Entry form.

\nAn entry form (pages or .doc or .rtf) must be submitted and sent via email to: info@crosstalk.hu<\/a>.<\/p>\n

2 – Artwork. Video pieces must be submitted online via a filesharing or large file deliveries
\n(dropbox \/ we transfer \/ ftp server) in MP4 file format. All videos should be clearly labelled
\nshowing the title of the work, the year of production, running time and the director’s name
\nand resolution 16:9 or 4:3. Works submitted in languages other than English must be
\nsubtitled.<\/p>\n

3- Data sent via e-mail containing
\n3.1 – A short biography of the artist (between 50 and 100 words),
\n3.2 – A short description of the submitted work \/ project, including a list of previous
\nscreenings
\n3.3 – Two still images of the work in jpg format.<\/p>\n

Entries must arrive at the given e-mail address at the latest by 00:00 on 30 August 2015.<\/p>\n

Submissions that arrive after the deadline will not be considered.<\/p>\n
