MA\/IN 2016 – MAtera INtermedia Festival – Call for Artists<\/p>\n
INTERNATIONAL CALL for WORKS ~ MATERA [ITALY] – Deadline 10th October<\/p>\n
The artistic collective LOXOSconcept, within the MAT [Matera International Electroacoustic Symposium] project, promotes the first edition of MA\/IN 2016 [MAtera INtermedia festival].<\/p>\n
The MA\/IN 2016 will take place in MATERA [European Capital of Culture 2019] from december 17th to december 22nd, 2016 at the amazing CASA CAVA concert hall [MAIN venue].<\/p>\n
All authors and performers of any age and nationality can submit works in one of these categories:<\/p>\n[A] Acousmatic ~ fixed media music
\n[B] Mixed Media ~ for instruments and electronics [fixed or live]\n[C] AudioVisual ~ works with pre-prepared video and music. The video part can be of any kind
\n[D] LivePerformance\/SoundArt ~ works that include electronics and other elements. Sound Installation are allowed<\/p>\n

The entry fee is \u00e2\u201a\u00ac10.00 (ten\/00 Euros) for the first piece of work entered, and \u00e2\u201a\u00ac5.00 (five\/00 Euros) for each subsequent work (even in different categories).<\/p>\n
Works should be submitted only in electronic form, only through the on-line submission system at www.materaintermedia.it<\/p>\n
