The festival will be simultaneously translated into an exhibition, which will run from 8 December 2017 to 19 January 2018, and will feed into a series of seminars.<\/p>\n<p>After the first call of applications\u00e2\u20ac\u201cexplicitly focussed on community media affiliated artists\u00e2\u20ac\u201cclosed on 30 June 2017, we now open a second call for applications.
