Call For Video, Film, And New Media<\/p>\n

Videos not in excess of 15 minutes are requested for inclusion in Frame & Frequency IV, an international video art exchange, presented as a series of screenings and exhibitions held concurrently at VisArts in Rockville, MD, just outside Washington D.C. and in Medell\u00c3\u00adn, Colombia at the PLECTO Galeria from Friday, January 19 through February 18, 2018.<\/p>\n

Video, film, and new media work will be accepted: experimental, documentary, animation, narrative, non-narrative, multimedia, virtual reality, augmented reality, net art, interactive media, sound art, etc.<\/p>\n

All foreign language artworks must have English subtitles.<\/p>\n
