Bird species disappear, bees die as pollinators, wild plants become less, insects die out, biodiversity decreases. Fewer fruits, vegetables and cereals are cultivated. This type of agriculture is not sustainable.<br \/>\nThe singing of vanishing species can not be heard. Species die silently.<\/p>\n<p>On Earth we find 45% less invertebrates than four decades ago. No plant species is superfluous. Species extinction is considered by some experts to be the most pressing issue in sustaining the foundations of our Earth age.<\/p>\n<p>Exhibition, talks, lecture<\/p>\n<p>27.4. &#8211; 22.6.18<\/p>\n<p>Public tender: In a public tender, artists are invited to submit entries for the subject described above for a solo exhibition in our showrooms.<\/p>\n<p>Disciplines: No specifications (object, sculpture, installation, photo, painting, drawing, printmaking, video, sound is possible). A performative contribution (performance, VJ or similar) to the artist talk and \/ or finissage is desired.<\/p>\n<p>Application: Individual artists or existing artist groups can apply. Required are:<\/p>\n<p>    Exhibition concept to the above topic<br \/>\n    Image examples (max 2 MB), alternatively sketches or descriptions to non-visual     contributions<br \/>\n    Text with content related to the topic (max half Din A 4 page)<br \/>\n    Vita<br \/>\n    E-mail in total to <a href=\"mailto:vanishing.species@groupglobal3000.de\">vanishing.species@groupglobal3000.de<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Presence: The presence of the artist or the artist group is obligatory for the vernissage and the artist talk.<\/p>\n<p>Deadline: 16.3.2018<\/p>\n<p>Dates: Exhibition Fridays 17- 20 clock<\/p>\n<p>Build up 26.4., 17 19 clock<br \/>\nVernissage 27.4., 7 pm, Matthias Pfister: &#8220;Vanishing Species&#8221; piece for accordion<br \/>\nArtist talk 25\/5, 7 pm<br \/>\nLecture 15.6. or 8.6., 19.00, N.N.<br \/>\nFinissage, 22.6., 19 clock<br \/>\nDismantling 26.6., 17-19 clock or by appointment<\/p>\n<p>Location: Project room of the Global 3000 Group, Leuschnerdamm 19, 10999 Berlin<\/p>\n<p>We offer exhibition space with equipment, with supervision, supervision of events, bar, advertising by mail, websites, social media, flyers, organization of the nameplates, the lecture, the documentation. We are a free, self-organized project space. For production, further technical equipment, transport and insurance (the room is however secured) there is unfortunately no budget available.
