Online residency at x-temporary.org

x-temporary.org invites artist for a month long residency in March or May 2017.

x-temporary.org is an online residency space dedicated to the process-oriented quality of art in the context of the digital. Artists dealing with the interaction of the virtual and the social realm or the influence of the digital on the artistic, social or political context are invited to submit a proposal for the month long residency.

x-temporary.org is accepting proposals from artists working in any discipline and/or medium, and from anywhere in the world. Individuals as well as artist groups can apply.

x-temporary.org provides an online space and technical and curatorial assistance for artists to develop works, ideas and practices. After the month long residency the work is not archived or accessible to the public.

The chosen artists must submit a process based work and at leas 4 interaction or changes must be visible during the month.

Residency dates are: March 1st – March 31st 2017 OR May 1st – May 31st 2017
Please list the dates of residencies in order of preference on your proposal.

Please send one pdf to info@x-temporary.org containing:
– A short artist statement (100 words max)
– Proposal of project (max 500 words)
– CV including contact details
– Portfolio or link to the artist homepage/videos/images
