Hansaplatz goes virtual and is ready to host your work!
Everyone is invited to commission their artworks to the Hansacall project initiated by Laura Ociepa.
Hansaplatz in Berlin is named after a hansa, i.e. a medieval commercial and defensive confederation of merchant and their market towns. Nowadays the place is bringing together different venues: a theater, subway station, supermarket, bakery, flower shop etc.
The idea is to open an exhibition in such a non-place, yet such project seems to be feasible only in Virtual Reality.
All of the sent artworks will be turned into a digital exhibition with the use of VR technology and placed in a virtual version of Hansaplatz, which gives its visual representation up for our use.

The opening of the show will take place in the real space of Hansaplatz in Berlin, however the exhibition will be experienced only with the use of VR glasses.

After the opening, the Hansacall exhibition will end up on the internet, waiting for anyone anytime to experience it anywhere.

Hansacall is open for everyone worldwide. Academic degree and artistic background is not required.

Opening of the show 17.02.2018 on Hansaplatz in Berlin.
