INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF THEATRE, ART AND NEW TECHNOLOGIES
“THE WONDERS OF THE POSSIBLE” (LMDP- Le Meraviglie Del Possibile)
Cagliari (ITALY) – 13th Edition 2026
Between OCTOBER and NOVEMBER 2026 in Cagliari, at Spazio DOMOSC – Open Scena
Concept, the thirteenth edition of the International Festival of Theatre, Art and New Technologies “The Wonders of the Possible” (LMDP) will take place.
The LMDP Festival supports the development and experimentation of new creative, theatrical and artistic languages through new technologies, with a programme including performances,
shows, installations, workshops and conferences.
Kyber Teatro, a spin-off of L’Aquilone di Viviana, creator and organizer of the LMDP Festival, promotes international exchange among artists, scientists and technological researchers, as
well as cross-disciplinary interaction between the arts.
The Festival offers participation opportunities to Italian and international artists, including emerging companies and/or under-35 artists, inviting them to submit their project by 7 June
2026.
The Festival has been awarded the prestigious “EFFE Label 2024–2025”, a recognition granted by the EFA – European Festivals Association to the most authoritative cultural initiatives
within the European Union.
The LMDP Festival is supported by the Fondazione di Sardegna.

Eligible applicants
• Companies, individual artists
• Emerging companies/artists and/or under 35
• Non-emerging companies/artists of any age (applications from artists at all stages of
their career are strongly encouraged)
Maximum of 3 participants per project.

Selection process: DEADLINE 7 JUNE 2026
Artists interested in participating in the Festival must send the following materials to:

• CV of the artist/company;
• Presentation dossier in PDF format;
• Technical rider / technical requirements;
• If the text or music is protected, please notify us;
• A selection of max. 5 photographs;
• Links to audio and video materials, to be made available on Vimeo or YouTube.
The outcome of the selection will be communicated only to selected applicants by 30 June 2026.
Economic conditions
Selected artists will be guaranteed full coverage of mobility costs (travel to Cagliari, board and accommodation) and an artist expense reimbursement for the performance and one
additional showing.
The A1 Certificate is also required for artists and technicians involved in the show.
Where possible, subject to availability and prior agreement with our technical manager, any materials required for the presentation of the performance/show/installation will also be
provided.
Publication and archiving
Artists agree to provide a short biography and a synopsis of the work and consent to the publication of materials on the LMDP Festival website and social media channels or their
distribution to the press for promotional purposes.
Kyber Teatro – L’Aquilone di Viviana is authorized to archive the materials and make them accessible through the Festival website.
All rights to the project images remain with the artist. The Organization is also authorized to
document the event at all stages through audio, video recordings or images.
