The Holland Animation Film Festival invites you to submit films for the following competitions:
– competition features
The international competition for feature-length animation films.
– competition shorts
In the categories narrative and non-narrative.
– competition European student films
Open for all European films produced at art and film academies, or comparable studies.
– competition Dutch animation (jury award, audience award)
Open only for Dutch productions: shorts, student films, TV films and commissioned films (shorts and student films can also enter those competitions through the same entry form)
Deadline entry forms and preview tapes: 1 January 2014.
Deadline screening copies: 15 February 2014 ( March 1 for 35mm film copies).
For each film or video a separate entry form must be completed. Please read the regulations before completing the form. Fill out the form and use the button ´submit´ to send the entry form to the festival. If you have any problems submitting the form, please contact us at entry@haff.nl.
Please note: Your entry will be accepted upon reception of DVD preview copy and the digital file, along with the other requested information: synopsis, filmography/biography of the director(s) and at least one digital still in full colour. Specifications of digital stills: jpg in high resolution (300 dpi) and 70 mm width for the festival publications.
If a digital file of the film is available online for us to download, please fill in the URL and password (if necessary) on the entry form.
Note that DVD video´s must be playable at universal DVD players! To send us your preview copy and the click here for a shipping label with all sending details or send them to the post address.
