Anticipations-Transmutations- EcoQueer-

Within the framework of the Bandits-Mages Encounter 2015, and more precisely in the seminar about Eco-queer, Transmutations & Anticipations; Bandits-Mages has trusted on us the elaboration of a curatorial program.

Within this framework we are going to develop a postporn short-films programme. You are invited to explore the possibilities of a left hand fisting in the darkness of the planet Winter; we call to those dispossessed of the human identity to show their BDSM relationships with strawberry-aloe on Anarres; we invite you to a change of climax with your stardust; and we remind you that the name for World is Forest.

We invite you to explore transmutations & anticipations possibilities offered by the Ecosex movement initiated by Elisabeth Stephens and Annie Sprinkle, the postporn, the feminist sci-fi, the cyborg covens, and the vampire knowledges…

We will pay special attention to the works where the sexual representations/practices that revolve around the production of denaturalised identities: the hybrid, the wretched, the borderline, the monster, the bastards, the chimerical, the mixed, the abnormal…

These works can belong to any kind of audiovisual genre.

Info:

– The videos are required to last a maximum of 09’59” (it could be a fragment of a longer work).
– You can present more than one video.
– All the videos presented should be free license (copyleft or creative commons) Works with copyright will not be accepted.
– The technical information must be filled in English (and in French if you feel like it) and mailed as an attachment together with the link of the video (and the password in its case) to: contact@quimerarosa.net
– For the selection process, the videos reception will be only made online (uploaded to vimeo, youtube or similar platform, or your website; if the video is not available for the public you can send us the password or the link to visualize it). Postal mailing not accepted.

The deadline is the 13th of September of 2015 at 23:59.

The selection of videos will be announced on 15 October
The screening will be on 15 November 2015
