60Seconds
invites all artists and video creators to submit their 60 second videos with no sound that explore human interaction with nature and our environment. Is our species detached completely from being part of nature? Are we becoming a lethal threat to the natural environment as the dominant species? What is the value of the Natural Capital?
The 60Seconds Short Film Festival celebrates its 12th edition in 2019 with the theme: HUMAN VERSUS NATURE.
All videos must be related to human nature and environment.
All videos must be one minute in duration with no sound and received on or before the deadline date.
The 10 best films will be projected in urban locations in Copenhagen, Frederiksberg, Køge and Helsingør during the festival week.
Prizes: Jury Prize of DKK 15000, will be awarded to the best short and DKK 8000 to the winner of the Audience Award, selected by online voting.
Key words: Natural capital, environment, we are nature, global goals, climate change, global warming, biodiversity.
The exhibition dates are February 18-24, 2019 and the deadline for participation is January 26, 2019.
The ten best videos selected by the jury that capture the essence of this year’s theme will be presented at the festival from February 18-24, 2019. The 10 best films will be projected in urban locations in Copenhagen, Frederiksberg, Køge and Helsingør during the festival week.
