Open City Documentary Festival 2019: Call For Entries

Cross-platform projects may include: non-fiction Virtual Reality, Alternative Reality or other interactive or web-based projects.

Audio documentaries under 10 minutes. Works selected will be presented in cinemas as part of the main screening programme. As such, we are only able to accept English language projects or projects available as English language subtitled video files.

Prizes are awarded in three categories: Open City Award, Best Emerging International Filmmaker Award, and the Best UK Short Award.Open City Documentary Festival creates an open space to nurture and champion the art of creative documentary and non-fiction filmmakers, and over 4,000 people attended last year’s festival to enjoy some of the very best in contemporary and international documentary. Submit your project now for your chance to be a part of London’s documentary festival.
