About the Award: ONE IMAGE. ZERO EXCUSES.
The BBA One Shot Award 2026 is looking for that one definitive frame that stops viewers in their tracks. It is a direct, accessible path into the Berlin art scene. A Shortlist of 20 images will be professionally printed and exhibited on the walls of BBA Gallery, with all production costs 100% covered. Additionally, a Longlist of 50 images will be showcased on a large digital display within the physical exhibition space. This is a unique opportunity to put your vision directly in front of an international audience of collectors, curators, and industry professionals.
Why enter?
• 1 shot – 0 rules (almost): You only need one image. No massive portfolio required.
• For everyone: Open to anyone worldwide over the age of 18, utilizing any photographic medium or genre.
• No hidden costs: If selected for the Shortlist, BBA prints your work for the physical show. No printing or shipping fees for the artist.
Prizes & Benefits:
• 20 Shortlisted Artists: Included in the physical print exhibition at BBA Gallery in Berlin.
• 50 Longlisted Artists: Featured on a large digital display inside the gallery during the exhibition.
